Don't buy with these ppl.They are a bunch of liars!!They have trucks with high milage,wrecked,not working properly,and want to sell them like new.I asked for my down payment back and nobody told me I wasn't going to get the full refund back.I left super angry.
Example: Car was purchased June 8th, temporary plates expired Aug 8th, went in to see if perhaps they had called me but I missed it and my plates had been sitting there waiting for pick up. Nope. Was told plates were ordered July 27th and they'd be in Monday. Went in today (August 24th) and was told they still hasn't been ordered. Asked for new temporary plates (since mine were expired and this was clearly their error) and they refused and said it was on me to go buy new ones at the dmv. They also said and I quote "we have many customers. Do you think we're going to be able to remember to order everyone's on time?". Well I'd hope so since you're charging us $1000 for ttl and you're running a supposed business.
DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Horrible experience. Unethical people working for these so called business. Same mistake my parents did purchasing a vehicle from these place. Same situation as the rest of complaints. They claim to help people without charging them for repairs when the vehicles being sold are not in working condition. If you value your money look the other way. My parents were loaned a vehicle that did not work as well supposely meanwhile they fixed the one that they had to take back 3 times when nothing was done to the vehicle. They claim to try to help customers those are all lies. Stay away from all these scam people. There only seeking to screwing over people. At the end, the only good thing they did was return partial deposit that was given because my parents had to pay for the loaner vehicles that was damaged but it was already having issues when they loan the vehicle and the person who signed for the vehicle was my father that had nothing to do with the contract that was initially signed by my mother. STAY AWAY! All the other reviews are correct. ALL similar situations.
They're extremely rude, have horrible customer service and will lie straight to your face.

Also, read the rest of the reviews. The blonde lady in the front runs a repo company and they'll repo your car in 15 days if you miss a payment and charge you $300 for it. I regret not reading their poor reviews before doing business with them. Save your time and money peeps. Go somewhere else.
See these people used to live in a small trailer and be humble. My parents helped them maybe once or twice. Now that they’ve “made it” by living off other people, they forgot their roots. Seriously they might have “money” but hey have no class. They’re what you call a “NACOS” Lot. See I haven’t bought a car from them and never will , but I’ve been a part of situations where these people show how heartless they all are. The last situation happened very recently where the people gave they’re final payment, and Chico’s never deposited the check until weeks later when the owners had closed the account. They never called they never sent a letter, nothing. Then they came to their house rudely by shoving and using foul language to take the car. The people had the money to pay but they didn’t take it. They’re charging for a “wrecker” fee, that consist of a literal Naca classless female driving the car. Well people you’ve been warned DO NOT BUY FROM CHICOS.
Worst place to get a car! If you don't have insurance they pick up your car. The first time they pick it up they charge you $300 to get it back second time 3 months of insurance upfront. Front desk receptionist are rude. Stay away from this car lot unless you want to pay $700 a month for insurance and car payment. This lot doesn't even deserve a one star. Shittiest place to go!!
