At the time of my loved one's burial, we were unprepared and left with no finances to purchase a stone right away. We could not leave flowers at there grave until we do purchase a stone because they will throw away anything we put on their grave. It was so hurtful because it was as if there was no one buried there and our loved on was neglected. I called and they said these we're the rules and even if we did bring flowers for special occasions, they would be thrown within the day. We entrust our loved ones to rest here and we cannot even put down flowers to say they are there if we cannot afford the stone right away.
