Jon, the guy at the front desk, is extremely helpful and courteous. The suites could use some updates, but they're very spacious and a steal for the price. The excessive amount of palm trees add a cool vibe ✨
Great place to spend the Winter. On site restaurant has select hours but all their food dishes are well made and tasty. This is our 2nd Winter in a row and we are already planning to do the same the following Winter.v
Location, easy to find and to arrive. Rooms and restrooms are comfy, clean and always stocked. Service was amazingly professional an exiting welcoming. Environment and sight where very pretty.
Stayed at this resort 2days. Awesome service. Breakfast was like no other hotel I have stayed at ever. The Chef (Marcus) was very outgoing. Came to us various times to see if we needed anything else. He made us fresh eggs and man were they awesome. I recommend this place and if you ever stay there ask for Chef( Marcus). He will tend to you like no other!!!!!
My family and I left our city due to Hurricane Harvey. In a time of distress the staff was very hospitable and friendly. These rooms look like an efficiency or small apartment. They are clean, have updated features, and have a huge walk in closets (very nice)! The other plus is this hotel is pet friendly! The only 2 minor complaints would be: 1. Little dead back bugs (looked like outside bugs) kept on appearing around the room and 2. the complementary breakfast could have been a little better. But that would not keep me from returning. Huge palm trees surrounding the vacility were gorgeous.
