Prompt service, just needs some shine on floors. But it does the trick
Usually I have a great experience here but today they just couldn't care less about checking on a package.
The ladies in front they are very helpful. .. but the guy on the back he name is JOE he don't know how to treat the customers... and I call so I can put a complain and he answer me and I tell him.. can I talk with your supervisor and he tell me .. I'm the supervisor. .. so I tell him can i talk with someone above you...and when answer the phone it was him and I tell him .. what is your name and he tell me JOSE and I said JOE and JOSE is the same thing... u have the same voice and he said no maam his name is Joe and my is Jose... their are a MF....
The staff is so friendly! Even if there's a line, once it's your turn they make sure to give you quality service, makes the waiting worth it.
Why don't they awnser there phone?!!!
